Setting NCP’s strategic direction, the Leadership team work with the business to drive investment, innovation and service delivery
As NCP’s Chief Executive Officer since 1 November 2018, Jonathan is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, driving growth and ensuring it continues to be the market leader. Jonathan joined NCP in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and has worked within the Leadership team through tough economic times to achieve strong results. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in senior finance roles, working for Ernst & Young’s corporate finance department and Eastern Electricity where he helped expand the business into Europe. He has also been finance director of several entrepreneurial companies.
Hideyuki Nagahiro joined NCP’s Board of Directors in February 2017 when NCP was bought by Park 24 and the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ).
In October 2018, he became the Chief Financial Officer for the business, taking responsibility for property finance, revenue accounting, financial reporting and tax matters. Hideyuki has a wealth of experience in commercial banking at an international level across Tokyo, Hong Kong and London. He was one of the founding executives of DBJ Europe Limited and played a major role in establishing a presence in London for the European subsidiary of the bank.
Max Crane-Robinson joined NCP as a regional Managing Director in 2009, with strategic, commercial and operational accountability across the South. In 2010, he became Commercial Director and is responsible for the transformation of NCP's propositions through a customer focused digital strategy that supports the business through continued growth. Prior to NCP, he worked in the retail, consumer goods and hospitality sectors with companies including P&G, Coopers & Lybrand and Argos.
Duncan joined NCP in 2008, rising quickly to become Managing Director of Operations in 2012. He is responsible for all commercial, operational and strategic aspects plus P&Ls for over 500 car parks whilst being dedicated to the constant improvement of customer service. Prior to NCP, Duncan worked for the Rentokil Initial Group for 10 years; where he held a variety of senior operational and sales positions. Prior to Rentokil, Duncan spent nine years with Tesco in retail management.
Lee joined NCP as the Property Director in 2009, taking commercial, technical and strategic responsibility for the Property Portfolio, which includes new site acquisition, property development, construction & maintenance He joined NCP after 24 years with major UK Utilities where he undertook a number of different senior roles ranging from Sales Management to business change and Merger & Acquisition activity.
James joined NCP in July 2015 as Technology Director, responsible for the technology and project delivery teams as well as developing NCP’s technology platform to enable delivery of new, customer data rich, products and services. He has wide experience across Private Equity, the public sector and corporates, having worked for Rentokill, Royal Mail and News International Newspapers, where he worked for 12 years on large scale technology programmes.
Aaron Campbell joined NCP as sole Legal Counsel in 2009, he worked hard to develop and grow the legal and compliance function and then became Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary. In 2018, he became Legal & Compliance Director, taking up the responsibility for shaping key aspects of the legal and compliance elements of the NCP Group. Prior to working for NCP, Aaron qualified in corporate finance and commercial work, before moving in-house in the financial services sector, working as senior legal counsel at Lazard investment bank. He then followed on to become a director at UBS investment bank in the EMEA transactions team, working on the legal, compliance and regulatory aspects of a range of domestic and international corporate transactions.
Sarah Gibbs joined NCP as HR Director in 2017, with a key ability for developing and implementing a refreshed people agenda, which helped support the growth and development of NCP following the sale of the company to Park 24. This included a specific focus on talent acquisition and development as well as supporting the new leadership team. Prior to NCP, she had worked in retail, recruitment and logistics sectors with a variety of well-known companies including Adecco and Yodel.
